We are out in Mahendragarh, specifically in Kanti. The business address is actually Daleep Kumar’s house, number 55. It’s more of a community thing than a big corporate office. Adin Amma Farmer Producer Companylimited is basically a group of local farmers coming together. We don't have a glass building or anything. Most of our meetings happen right there at the house or out in the fields. Kanti is a small place, so everyone knows where Daleep’s house is. We spend a lot of time talking about crops and how to handle the harvest. It’s a lot of manual work and paperwork mixed together. We started this because the farmers around here needed a way to work as one group. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with so many people involved, but we manage. Mahendragarh is a tough place for farming sometimes with the weather, so we stay busy trying to figure things out. We don’t have a marketing department. It’s just us farmers trying to make a living. The house is always full of people coming in to talk about their produce. We keep our records in a simple way. It’s a very local operation and we like it that way. No one wears suits here. We are usually in our work clothes because there is always something to do outside. It’s honest work and it keeps the village moving forward together. We just try to help each other out and get the crops sold.
