Agrinnovation Farmer Producer Companylimited

Agrinnovation Farmer Producer Companylimited is based at H. No. 218 in Dhanonda. We’re working out of Pankar Tanwar’s place in the village. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us trying to help the farmers around Narnaul get organized. We spend a lot of time sitting on the porch or in the main room talking about seeds and tools. There’s usually a dog sleeping nearby and the sound of tractors in the distance. We don’t have a big staff or fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in where they can. Sometimes we have to travel out to the fields to see how the crops are doing. The roads around here can be a bit rough after it rains, so we have to be careful. We use a lot of notebooks to track what everyone is growing. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and trying to figure out the best way to sell what we grow. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our phone numbers and this house. People just know to come by when they need something. The tea is always hot and we usually have some snacks to share if someone stops by. It’s a slow pace of life, but there’s always something that needs doing. We’re just trying to make things a little easier for the families here in Dhanonda. It’s a good community and we’re glad to be a part of it as neighbors.
