Bhaichara Farmer Producer Companylimited

Bhaichara Farmer Producer Companylimited is basically a group of us folks here in Mahendragarh getting together to handle our farming stuff. We are located at Surender Singh’s place, he’s the son of Shree Chand in Dalanwas. It's not a big fancy office or anything, just a spot where we meet up and figure out what to do with the crops and how to help each other out. Farming in this part of Haryana can be tough some years, so having a collective makes sense. We mostly focus on what the local farmers around here need day to day. If you know the Dalanwas area, you probably know where we are. We don't have a lot of big talk about visions or goals, we just try to get the work done. A few of us sit together, talk about the weather and the market prices, and try to make sure everyone gets a fair deal for their hard work. Being a producer company means we are owned by the farmers themselves. It started because we realized we could do more together than just working on our own small plots. Mahendragarh is home for us, and the people here know the soil better than anyone from the city. We keep things simple and honest. If someone has a problem with their seeds or needs help moving their harvest, we talk it out. It’s just us, working on the ground, making sure our families have what they need.
