We are the Baba Rupa Dass Farmer Producer Companylimited. Our main base is in the village of Dongra Ahir. That is in the Sihma block of Mahendergarh. The company is named after Baba Rupa Dass, who is well known in our area. We are all farmers from this part of Mahendergarh. It’s a very dry region, so we have to work hard to get a good crop. Our company isn't about fancy offices or marketing plans. We just meet up in the village and talk about what needs doing. We share our resources and try to help each other out with the farming. It’s a very local thing. We don’t have any polished speeches or corporate slogans. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Sometimes the paperwork for the company is a bit much, and we struggle with the online forms. But we manage somehow. Dongra Ahir is a quiet place and we like it that way.
