This is Ateli Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are based out of V.P.O. Bihali in the Ateli area. Our main office is at House Number 197 right in the village. We are just a bunch of people from the local farms trying to make things work better for the neighborhood. Ateli is where we mostly do our business. We get together to talk about what we are growing and how to sell it without losing money. It is not a corporate setup at all. It feels more like a neighborly thing where everyone has a say. We handle the agricultural stuff for the farmers around this part of Mahendragarh. The district has a lot of good soil but the market can be really tough. Usually, one of us is there after the morning field work is done. It gets very busy during harvest time so the office might be empty then. We keep our records in a simple way. No fancy computers everywhere, just the basics to keep the business running. We care about our land and our crops because it is all we know. We have lived here all our lives. Dealing with seeds and the daily grind is what we do. It is a practical business for practical people.
