Narnaul Agro Organic Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are located in a village called Jailaf, which is in the suburban part of Narnaul. Our setup is at the home of Bansi Lal’s son. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main town, and that suits the kind of work we do. We are all about organic farming, which means we spend a lot of time talking about things like natural compost and keeping chemicals out of the soil. The farmers who work with us are mostly neighbors and people from the surrounding villages. We don't have a big corporate office or a fleet of vehicles. Mostly, we use what we have to get the organic produce gathered and ready. The yard is usually full of crates and sometimes you’ll see some of the organic vegetables drying in the sun. It’s a very hands-on process. We spend our mornings checking on the different plots and our afternoons doing the paperwork that comes with organic certification. It’s a lot of record-keeping, which can be a bit of a headache, but it’s necessary for the way we operate. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do right by the land in Narnaul. The air is a bit cleaner out here in Jailaf, and we like it that way. When visitors come by, we usually just sit on the porch and talk about the upcoming season. It’s just a normal part of the local community.
