Weather Spice

If you know the Dugri area in Ludhiana, you probably know where Bagga Hospital is. We are right near there, at Sco-89 in Phase-1. The name Weather Spice is what we went with because it sounded right for the kind of stuff we do here. Ludhiana gets really cold in the winter and very hot in the middle of the year, so we see people’s moods change with the seasons. We are just a local spot where people from the neighborhood come by. It isn't a huge place, but we have enough space for the regulars who show up every week. The traffic on the road can get a bit much during office hours, but it quietens down later on. Being in a spot like this means we see a lot of the same faces. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out front checking on the tables. We don’t really bother with big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us just by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in Dugri. We try to keep the place tidy and the food coming out on time. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone arrives at once, but we manage. It is a family-run kind of feel here, even on the days when we are tired. We just keep the doors open and do the work that needs doing every single day.
