Aman Chicken

We've been here at Jagjit Nagar near the railway fatak for quite some time now. Aman Chicken is just a spot where we make food for the neighborhood. It gets busy when the trains go by and people are heading home from work. We mostly just focus on getting the chicken right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. The shop isn't fancy at all. It is just a small place in Ludhiana where we keep things simple and local. Most of our regulars live right around the corner or work nearby. They know where we are because of the smell of the grill. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings but we manage to get everyone fed. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us by walking past. The address is 141001, and being so close to the fatak means we see a lot of life every day. We just keep our heads down and cook. It’s a lot of work but seeing familiar faces makes it okay. You won't find anything complicated here. Just the same food we've been making since we started. There is no big secret to what we do. We just open up the doors and get to work every single morning. It's a humble way to earn a living in this part of town. The chairs are a bit old and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us.
