Our place is located at 4091 Phase 2 on the Dugri main road. If you're looking for us, we’re right near the police station in Dugri, which makes it easy to explain to delivery guys or people visiting for the first time. Ludhiana can be a hectic city, and Dugri is no different. There’s always traffic on the main road and people walking by. Bukhaaraa Town is just a local spot where we serve food to whoever walks in. It isn't a massive space, but it works for us. We spend most of our mornings getting the supplies in and making sure everything is clean before the doors open. Some days are slower than others, and on those days, we just sit and watch the cars go by on the main road. When it’s busy, it’s really busy. The kitchen gets hot and everyone is moving fast. We don't have any corporate training or anything like that, we just learned as we went along. The menu is mostly stuff people like to eat every day. We don't try to make it look like a five-star hotel. It’s just a neighborhood joint. If a lightbulb goes out or a chair gets wobbly, we fix it when we have a spare minute. That’s how we run things here. It's just us and the food, right there on the Dugri main road. We don't need fancy decorations to do what we do.
