You can find us up on the 5th floor of the Pavilion Mall in Ludhiana. We are right in the Civil Lines area, not too far from the old Session Court and Fountain Chowk. Being in a mall means there’s always people walking around, especially on the weekends when families come out. It’s a large space and we have to spend a lot of time making sure everything stays in working order. Things break or get worn out when you have a lot of visitors, so there is always a bit of maintenance to do. We aren't a small shop on a street corner; we are part of this bigger building. It takes a while to get up here sometimes with the elevators, but people seem to find their way. The staff here mostly lives nearby in Ludhiana, so we are all locals. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk. We just show up, open the doors, and make sure the floor is ready for whoever comes in. It gets loud sometimes because of the mall environment, but we’re used to it. We keep an eye on the equipment and try to make sure everything is handled right. It’s a busy spot but we keep it simple and just do our jobs every day. We aren't trying to be fancy, we just keep the place running for everyone who visits.
