Barbeque Nation

You can find us on the second floor of the Dhanraj Singh Complex. It is on Ferozepur Road in Ludhiana, right near Gate No 1 of PAU. Most people use the university gate as a landmark to find us. Barbeque Nation has been in this spot for a bit. It is a busy building with other shops and things going on, so there is usually a lot of people moving around. We are not really into those polished corporate descriptions. We are just the crew that works the shifts here. Some of us have been here since the start, and others are newer. We just show up, get the prep done, and wait for the lunch or dinner rush. Ferozepur Road is a main artery of the city, so it never really stays quiet. We like the energy of it. We do not have a bunch of fancy phrases about our goals. We just want to get through the day and make sure the customers are not waiting too long. It is a big space on the second floor, so it takes some effort to keep everything clean and organized. We just do it bit by bit. It is a local job for us. We talk to the people who come in just like regular folks. There is no big mystery to how we run things. It is just hard work and being in a good location near the university gate.
