BABA

BABA is located at Shop Number-5 in Shastri Nagar, Ludhiana. We are right near Ishmeet Chowk, and the railway crossing is also very close by. You can often hear the sound of the trains passing and the bells ringing at the crossing throughout the day. The pin code is 141002. Our shop is not very big, so things are tucked into shelves and corners to make the most of the space we have. We spend most of our time standing behind the counter or moving items around for people who come in. The street outside is usually full of dust and the sound of traffic from the chowk. In the winter, it gets quite cold, so we usually have to wear heavy sweaters while we work. In the summer, it is the opposite and the small fan in the corner doesn't do much. We have been in this spot for a while now and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. We don't have any big marketing displays or anything like that. It is just a basic shop where we keep track of everything in a ledger book. Most of our visitors are people who live right here in Shastri Nagar or are passing through on their way across the tracks. It is a very ordinary business and we just take things one day at a time. We open early every morning to get things ready.
