Bawa Chicken

Our shop, Bawa Chicken, is situated at 54-55 on the Main Road in Ludhiana. We are right near Gate Number 1 of the railway station, so the whole area is always buzzing with people catching trains or arriving in the city. You can hear the whistles of the trains and the constant noise of the station nearby. Being on the main road means we get a lot of foot traffic and people stopping by for a quick meal. Our place is not decorated with anything too special. It is a straightforward eatery with tables and chairs where we serve our chicken dishes every day. The kitchen stays hot and busy from the morning until we close up at night. Ludhiana is a city that never really slows down, and our spot near the station is proof of that. We spend our time prepping the meat and making sure everything is ready for the lunch and dinner crowds. Many of our customers are people who work in the nearby shops or travelers looking for something to eat before they head out on a journey. We don't have a big fancy office or a marketing department. It is just us and the staff working on the floor and in the kitchen. We have been here for a long time and have seen many changes in the neighborhood. It is a hard job but it keeps us connected to the life of the city.
