Toofani Chicken

We are located in Ludhiana, right in the heart of the city in the 141001 area. This is a place for people who really enjoy their chicken. We don't have a fancy address with a mall name or a shop number; people just know where to find us. The name sounds a bit loud, but we are just a simple group of guys who know how to handle a grill and a tandoor. Every morning starts with the delivery of fresh meat, and we spend hours getting the spices just right. It’s messy work, and by the end of the night, our aprons are covered in stains, but that’s the sign of a good day’s work. Ludhiana can be a tough city, very competitive, but we just focus on what’s on the plate. We don't have air conditioning or soft music playing. It’s more about the heat from the kitchen and the sound of the knives hitting the boards. We get all sorts of people, from truck drivers to college students, all looking for something filling. We don't talk much, we just cook. If the food is good, people come back, and that’s all we really care about. It’s not a complicated philosophy, just hard work and a hot fire. We open up early and stay until the last piece is gone. Sometimes we are tired but it is okay. My hands get a bit sore from the heat but we keep going.
