Tandoor n grill z

We are located at 4402 Lig flats on the Police station road in Dugri. It is a bit of a funny spot because we are so close to the police station, but it makes it easy for people to find us. Tandoor n grill z is just a small local shop. We focus on the grill and the tandoor because that is what we know how to do best. The area in Ludhiana here is quite lively, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to the market. We have a few staff members who are always busy with the skewers and the charcoal. It’s a messy job and our aprons are never clean for long. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just the basics. We think it’s more important to have the coal at the right temperature than to have fancy curtains. The tables are wooden and simple. Sometimes the smoke from the grill gets a bit thick if the wind is blowing the wrong way, but nobody seems to mind too much. It’s just the way things are here. We aren't a big corporation, just a few people working together to serve the neighborhood. We get a lot of locals who just want a decent meal after a long day of work. We try to keep things honest and fast. That is really all there is to it. We just open up and keep the grills going until the last customer leaves and we can finally go home.
