Sweety Chicken

Our place is on Beri Road in the Civil Lines area of Ludhiana. We are right near the Domoria Pull, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. If you’re from Ludhiana, you know how busy this part of town gets. The traffic near the bridge can be a real headache sometimes, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We’ve been at this B1-1432/2 address for a while now. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. We have a few tables and the main area where all the cooking happens. It gets quite smoky and loud when we are busy, but that’s just how a chicken place is supposed to be. We spend a lot of time cleaning the grills and making sure the floor isn't slippery. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been working with us for years. We don’t have a big marketing plan or a fancy website. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from their friends in the neighborhood. We open up in the morning to receive the fresh stock and stay late until the last customer leaves. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, and we just have to tell people we're done for the day. It’s a simple way of running things, but it works for us and the people who come here.
