SUJOKS CHINESE

Sujoks Chinese is our little place on Pakhowal Road in Sarabha Nagar. We are over by the Samralla Chowk side of things in Ludhiana. It is a busy street and there is always something going on outside our door. We focus mostly on Chinese dishes, the kind you see at most local spots around here. It is not a huge restaurant, just a small setup where we cook and people eat. The kitchen gets really hot during the rush, especially when we have all the burners going at once. We do not have much in the way of decoration, maybe just a few signs and some stools for people to sit on while they wait for their parcels. A lot of our customers are just picking up food on their way home from work. We try to work fast because nobody likes waiting when they are hungry. The 141001 area is always moving, and we are just happy to be a part of it. We use a lot of big pans and loud spatulas, so it is never quiet in here. We are not trying to be a fine dining place. We just make the food, pack it up, and get it to the customer. It is a simple business run by a few of us who like to cook. If you are near Pakhowal Road, you will probably see our sign. We keep things basic and just focus on the heat and the flavor.
