Silver Spoon

Silver Spoon is our little spot on Ati Road in the New Shimlapuri area of Ludhiana. We are located near the Anand jot hospital, which makes us a convenient stop for people visiting the hospital or working there. New Shimlapuri is a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses packed close together and narrow streets. Ati Road stays pretty active throughout the day. We aren't a fancy establishment with white tablecloths or anything like that. It’s just a plain room with some tables and chairs where you can get something to eat. We do most of the work ourselves, from buying the groceries in the morning to washing the dishes at the end of the night. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually humming with the sound of the stove. We don't have a mission statement or anything promotional; we just want to serve food and keep the business running. Some days are slower than others, but we stay open regardless. The neighborhood people are friendly and we've gotten to know many of them over the years. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we take pride in just being a reliable part of the street. If you find yourself near the hospital, you’ll likely see our sign. It’s just a normal place for normal people in Ludhiana, and we like it that way. We just keep things moving along.
