Silver Leaf Restaurant

Silver Leaf Restaurant is located on Pakhowal Road in Ludhiana, right inside the Hotel Imperial Executive. Being part of a hotel means we see a lot of different people, from businessmen traveling for work to local families coming in for a Sunday lunch. Ludhiana is a city that loves its food, and Pakhowal Road is one of the busiest stretches you can find. It’s always loud with horns and traffic outside, but inside the hotel, it stays a bit more relaxed. We’ve been operating here for a long time and the restaurant has a very traditional feel to it. We aren't trying to be the newest or the trendiest place in town. We just have a solid menu and a staff that has been with us for years. You won't find us putting up big billboards or doing a lot of shouting on social media. Most people know we are here because they’ve stayed at the Imperial Executive before or they live just a few blocks away. It’s a lot of work keeping things running in a hotel restaurant because you never really know when a big group might arrive unannounced. We just try to keep the kitchen ready and the dining room tidy. The building has seen a lot of years, and we just keep doing our part to keep it going for the next guest. It’s a straightforward business where we just show up, do the work, and make sure everyone is fed.
