Rudrash Restaurants

Rudrash Restaurants is sitting right there at Samrala Chowk in Ludhiana. If you know that area, you know how busy it gets, especially with the Jalandhar side bus stand just across the way. We started this place because we saw how many people were traveling through and needed a spot to sit down for a bit. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular place where you can get a meal that tastes right. Most days, it’s a bit noisy because of the buses honking outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our staff has been here for a while, and they know most of the regulars who work around the chowk. We open up early to get everything ready before the first rush of passengers comes in. The kitchen stays busy till late evening. We don’t really do much advertising or anything because the location does the work for us. People just walk in when they’re hungry. The chairs are simple wood and metal, nothing too soft, but they get the job done. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the crowd is too big, but we try to keep the basics always ready. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different cousins or brothers helping out at the counter depending on the day. We just try to keep the floors clean and the food hot, which is what most folks are looking for when they’re on the move.
