You can find us over at 745/B, 8-d-2 in the Kabir complex on Pakhowal Road in Ludhiana. It’s a bit of a specific address to remember, but once you get into the complex, we’re right there. Ludhiana is a busy, industrious city, and Pakhowal Road is one of those stretches that always seems to have something going on. Our shop is a straightforward operation. We don’t have any big corporate backing, just a small team working out of this unit. The Kabir complex has a mix of different businesses, so we see all sorts of people throughout the day, from office workers to families. We spend a lot of our time just managing the stock and making sure the ovens are at the right temperature. It gets quite dusty around here with all the construction and traffic, so we’re always wiping down the tables and the front window. It’s just the reality of doing business in this part of town. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We just focus on the pizza and getting things done. The days can be long, especially when the orders pile up during the dinner rush, but we just keep at it. It’s honest work and we’re glad to have a roof over our heads in a place like Kabir complex. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around us, and it feels like a little community tucked away from the main road.
