Pita On Fire

We are located right on the Main Road here in Ludhiana. It is a busy spot, 05- Y, and we see people walking past our windows all day long. I started Pita On Fire because I wanted a place where the food was straightforward. The kitchen gets pretty hot when we are busy, especially in the afternoons. We do a lot of prep work in the morning. Chopping vegetables and getting the dough ready takes a lot of time, but it is just part of the routine. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside we just focus on the cooking. People from the neighborhood come in quite often. Some are regulars we know by name now. It is not a very big place, just enough space to get things done. We keep the floor clean and make sure the tables are wiped down after every customer leaves. Ludhiana is a fast city, so people are usually in a hurry. We try to keep up with that pace. There is no fancy decor or anything like that here. It is just a kitchen and a place to sit. We spend most of our time near the stove. The address is 141001, so we are easy to find. If you are walking down Main Road, you will probably see us. We have been here for a while and the staff knows how I like things done. It is hard work but it keeps us busy every single day.
