Pind Peshawari

We opened up here on Green Field Road quite a while back. It’s right near the Shastri Nagar railway crossing, so things get pretty busy when the gates are down. People in Ludhiana know Pakhowal Road is always moving. We just focus on getting the food right for the folks who stop by. It’s not a fancy place with lots of decorations. Mostly, it’s just us in the kitchen making sure the flavors are how they should be. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but that is just part of being in this corner of the city. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s nice when someone comes in after work and just wants a hot meal without any fuss. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we know how people like their tea or how spicy they want their plate. We don't really do much advertising. Usually, someone just walks in because they smelled something good or saw the sign while waiting at the crossing. It’s a simple setup. We keep the tables clean and the stove going from morning until we close up at night. There isn't much more to say than that. If you're around Pakhowal Road and need a bite, you'll find us at number 11. It’s just a regular spot for regular people looking for a decent meal in Ludhiana.
