We’ve been here on Shingar Road for a good while now, right in the Kabari Market area. If you know Ludhiana, you know Samrala Chownk is always busy, and we’re just a short hop from there. It’s mostly about the chicken here. We start early getting things ready because people start showing up around lunch and it doesn't really stop until late. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a place where you can get a decent meal without much fuss. We use the same spices we've always used. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded, especially on weekends when everyone is out, but we try to keep up with the orders. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something going on outside in the market. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure the food is hot and ready. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’re still in the same spot near the corner. It's just a local joint. People come by after work or pick something up on their way home. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that because the kitchen takes up most of our energy. If you’re walking through the market, you’ll probably smell what we’re cooking before you see the sign. It’s just how things are here every day. We focus on getting the chicken right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the community here in Ludhiana.
