Parkash Dhaba

Parkash Dhaba has been sitting on GT Road in the Millerganj area of Ludhiana for a long time. We are very close to the Dukhniwaran Gurudwara, which is a big landmark around here. Since we are right on the main road, it’s always loud with trucks and cars passing by at all hours. We are a traditional dhaba, which means we don't have air conditioning or fancy menus. We have heavy wooden tables and fans that work hard to keep the place cool. We serve basic food like dal, sabzi, and fresh rotis made in the tandoor. It’s the kind of place where you sit down, eat your fill, and get back to work. We get a lot of truck drivers and local laborers, along with families who want a quick meal. The floors are stone and we sweep them throughout the day, but with the dust from GT Road, it’s a constant job. My brothers and I run the place ourselves. We don't have a website or do any advertising. People just know us because we’ve been here at this spot for so long. The food is cooked in big batches and we try to keep the prices low so everyone can afford to eat. It is a busy, noisy, and honest place to get a meal. If you are passing through Millerganj, you will see our sign right there on the main road.
