Panorama (Park Plaza)

Panorama is located inside the Park Plaza building on Ferozepur Road in Ludhiana. We are right by Bhai Bala Chowk, which is a very busy part of the city. Being inside a larger hotel building like Plot No 333 means we see a lot of travelers, but we also get a lot of folks from Ludhiana who just want to eat out. I’ve been working here for a while, and it’s always interesting to see who comes through the doors. The view outside shows the hustle of Ferozepur Road, which never seems to stop. We try to keep things simple inside, even though we are in a bigger building. The staff and I focus on getting the food to the tables without making people wait too long. We don't go in for big speeches about what we do. We just come in, get the kitchen started, and serve the meals. Ludhiana is a hardworking city, and we try to reflect that in how we run things. There’s no point in being overly fancy if the food isn’t ready on time. We have regular hours, and we stick to them. It’s a big space, so it can handle a good number of people at once. We’ve seen all sorts of events and dinners happen here over the years. It’s just a part of the city’s life and we're okay with that.
