OM VEGETARIAN DHABHA

We are located right at the main Partap Chowk in Ludhiana, which is a very busy spot. OM VEGETARIAN DHABHA is basically a place for people who want a quick meal without any drama. Being near Partap College of Education means we get a lot of students coming in when they have breaks between their classes. The traffic outside is always loud with trucks and rickshaws going past, but inside we just focus on the food. We use a lot of big pots and long spoons to get everything cooked on time. The kitchen is right there, and you can see what’s happening if you look. My brothers and I take turns at the counter and helping in the back. It’s not a fancy air-conditioned place, but it has plenty of space for people to sit. Ludhiana is a hardworking city, and we try to work just as hard as everyone else. We start early to get the morning crowd and don’t really stop until late. Sometimes we run out of chairs when it gets really busy, and people just stand and eat. It’s messy and loud sometimes, but that is just the way a dhabha is supposed to be. We keep the tea hot and the food fresh, and that seems to be enough for the people who come here. We’ve been at this spot in Partap Nagar for years and know everyone around.
