Our shop is at number 30 in the Rishi Nagar main market. It is pretty easy to find if you are near the Government Polytechnic College for Women. We are just a small place in the middle of all the market noise and activity. Every morning we get the fresh stock in and start prepping everything. There is always something to do, whether it’s cleaning up or getting the different cuts ready for the day. Ludhiana gets very hot in the summer, so the coolers are always running in the back to keep us going. We see a lot of students from the college and people doing their regular grocery shopping. We don't do anything fancy here. It’s just a chicken hub where you get what you need and go about your day. The counter is usually busy in the late afternoon when people are heading home. Sometimes we run out of certain things before the day ends, but that’s just how it goes with fresh food. We’ve been at this address for some time now. The market is always loud and full of life, which we like. It’s not a quiet job, but we enjoy being part of the Rishi Nagar community. My hands are usually busy, so I don't have much time for talking, but we know our regulars well. If you are walking around the college area, just come into the main market. We’re tucked in there with the other shops. Just look for shop thirty on the line.
