Monty Chicken Corner

Our shop is Booth No 105 on the Chandigarh Road in Sector 32a, Ludhiana. We are right across from Gate No 2 of the BCM School. Being so close to a school means we see a lot of students and parents throughout the day. It is a small booth, so there is not a lot of room to move around inside. Most of our work happens right at the front where people can see us cooking. We focus mostly on chicken dishes, which is what we are known for in this part of Sector 32a. The smell of the spices usually drifts out onto the road. It gets very busy in the evenings when people are heading home from work and want to pick up something to eat for dinner. We do not have fancy seating, just a few spots if you want to eat right there on the spot. Most people just take their food to go. The weather in Ludhiana can be tough, but we stay open regardless of the heat or the cold. Our staff is just a couple of guys who have been doing this for a long time. We do not spend money on big advertisements. The school gate is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. It is a simple life running a chicken corner, but it keeps us busy. We just try to make sure every order is handled right and the customers are satisfied with their meal. (260 words)
