Mocha Restaurant

We’re upstairs on the first floor, right on Malhar Road in Gurdev Nagar. It’s units 27-F and 28-F. If you can see the Burger King, we’re just across from it. Ludhiana is a busy place, and Malhar Road is usually humming with people. We set up Mocha as a spot where you can just hang out. It’s not a stiff, formal dining room. We have some comfortable spots to sit and the lighting is a bit low. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve seen a lot of students and office workers come through. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just make coffee and food and hope people enjoy it. The staff is mostly local kids who are working their way through school. Sometimes we run out of things or the music is a bit loud, but we try to fix it. It’s a real place with real problems and real people. We like the vibe of Gurdev Nagar. It’s got a good energy. You don’t need a reservation or anything, just walk up the stairs and find a seat. We’re just a regular restaurant trying to do a good job every day. It’s a nice place to escape the heat or the noise of the street for a while. There is nothing corporate about us, just a few floors of space where you can be yourself.
