Mintu Chicken

My name is part of the shop, Mintu Chicken, and we are located over on Haibowal Road at the LAL Khothi on Churpur Road. We are right in Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana, with the pin code 141004. If you know where the Police Station in Haibowal Kalan is, then you are basically right here because we are quite near to it. We handle a lot of chicken every day. It’s a busy street and there is always something going on outside our door. We just focus on the cooking and making sure everything is ready for the customers. It is a local business, nothing corporate about it. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to work for ourselves. The shop isn't huge, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time prepping in the back. Sometimes it’s hot and the days are long, but that’s part of the trade. People around here know us by name, which is nice. We don't use fancy flyers or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about our chicken. We just try to keep the place clean and the food coming out on time. Being near the police station means it's a safe spot to be. We just keep our heads down and work every single day to keep things moving along for the neighborhood.
