Ludhiana Gardens

We are located on Firozpur Road in Vadodara, right opposite the bus stand in Village Hussanpura. The location is 141001, and being near the bus stand means we see a lot of travelers passing through. Some people are just waiting for their next bus and need a place to sit for a while. We have a fair amount of space here, which is why it is called Ludhiana Gardens. It isn't a real garden with lots of flowers, but we have some open areas. The sun can get really hot in Vadodara, so we try to keep the indoor part as cool as we can with the fans we have. The staff spends a lot of time cleaning up after the morning rush. We get a lot of different people, from bus drivers to families traveling long distances. The furniture is just basic wooden tables and chairs. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, mostly just the menus and a few lights. The kitchen is busy from the morning until we close late at night. Sometimes the bus schedules change, so we might get a sudden crowd when a bus arrives late. We just try to get the food out as fast as the stove allows. It is a plain spot on a busy road, and we just focus on the daily tasks like washing dishes and prepping the next batch of food. We don't have any big signs, just the name on the front.
