LE Classic Restaurant

LE Classic Restaurant is located within the Le Classic Hotel on Mata Rani Road in Ludhiana. We are right across from the Municipal Car Parking, which is actually very helpful because parking in this part of Ludhiana can be a nightmare. The hotel stays quite busy with people traveling for work, so we serve a lot of breakfast and dinner. The kitchen is usually humming by 6 AM. Mata Rani Road is a hectic place with lots of traffic and noise. Inside the restaurant, we try to keep things a bit more quiet for the guests. It is a basic setup with standard tables and chairs. We don't go in for fancy talk or expensive decorations. The focus is just on the cooking and making sure the hotel guests are fed. Sometimes the plumbing in these older buildings acts up, or we have to fix a light bulb in the middle of a shift. It is just part of running a place in an old city like Ludhiana. We have a small team of cooks and servers who have been with us for a while. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town, just a reliable one where people can eat. Every day is pretty much the same routine, from cleaning to closing up late at night. We don't change much around here, and that seems to work for the people who come back.
