Lakhi Vaishno Dhaba

You can find us on Street Number 22, right along Gill Road here in Ludhiana. We are pretty close to the State Bank of Patiala, so it’s easy to spot us if you’re walking by that way. This dhaba has been around for a while, serving the people who work in the local shops and factories. It’s a simple setup with basic tables and benches. We focus on making food that tastes like what you’d get at home. Nothing is too complicated in our kitchen. We use the same recipes we’ve always used. It gets very crowded during the lunch hour because everyone is on a break at the same time. You might have to share a table with someone you don't know, but that's just how it is here. We do a lot of takeout orders too for people who need to get back to work quickly. The tea is always brewing, and the food is always fresh off the heat. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure things keep moving. It’s noisy and busy most of the day, especially being so close to the main road. But we like the energy of the street.
