LA Tandoori Dhaba

LA Tandoori Dhaba is located at Shop No 14 in the fountain chowk market, right by Pavillian Mall in Ludhiana. We are also quite close to the Basant ice cream shop, which is a well-known spot in the Civil Lines area. Our dhaba is a simple place where we keep the tandoor going for most of the day and night. We don't have any fancy interiors or expensive furniture; it’s just a regular spot for people to sit and eat. Being near Pavillian Mall means we get a mix of shoppers and people who work in the Civil Lines area. Our day starts early when we light the tandoor and get the dough prepped for the day’s orders. It can get very busy during lunch and dinner, and the small space inside the market can feel a bit crowded. We handle all the work ourselves, from the cooking to the cleaning. We don't use any corporate language or have any big plans; we just want to keep the shop running as it has been. The fountain chowk market is a lively place, and there is always something happening outside our door. We like being part of this local community in Ludhiana. Most of our customers are people who have been coming to us for years. We just focus on the daily routine of the kitchen and making sure the fire in the tandoor stays hot.
