Kohinoor Palace

Kohinoor Palace is located on the corner of Green Avenue in Gurdev Nagar. We are right opposite the HP Petrol Pump, which is how most people find us when they are driving by. Riviera Resort is also nearby, so that helps as a landmark for anyone who is lost. The address is 141001, and it is a pretty well-known spot in this part of town. Being on a corner is nice because you can see everything happening on both streets at once. We spend a lot of time near the entrance, just watching the cars go in and out of the petrol pump across the road. The area stays busy, especially on the weekends when people are heading to the resorts or visiting friends in Gurdev Nagar. The building is a decent size. We try to keep the exterior looking okay, though the dust from the road always finds its way in no matter what we do. It is a practical setup we have here. We do not really bother with big speeches about what we do or why we do it. We just open up, do the work, and go home at the end of the day. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite bright. We have got some regular routines for cleaning and maintenance that keep us occupied. It is a straightforward business on a busy Ludhiana corner. Most of the people who stop in are just locals.
