You can find Khanna Vaishno Dhaba at Shop No. 19 in Chaura Bazar. We are right in the heart of Ludhiana, near the Purani Kotwali. If you are walking down the street, we are opposite the PNB Bank street and very close to Khushi Ram Halwai. Everyone in this part of 141008 knows the halwai, so that makes us easy to locate. We run a Vaishno dhaba, which means we keep things traditional and vegetarian. Chaura Bazar is a very busy place, always full of noise and people shopping, so our dhaba is a spot where you can grab a quick bite and keep going. We don’t have a big team or a corporate structure. It’s just a small shop where we do all the cooking and cleaning ourselves. The sentences on our menu are simple and the food is even simpler. We’ve been here in Ludhiana for a long time and we’ve seen the market change around us, but we stay the same. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy plating or expensive furniture. It’s just a basic place with good food for the working people of the bazaar. If you’re looking for the old-school Ludhiana vibe, that’s what we have here. We just show up every morning and get the stove going for the day ahead because people depend on us being open and ready.
