Jaggi Tandoori Junction Dhaba

Our dhaba is right on the Jalandhar Bye Pass Road at Samrala Chowk in Ludhiana. If you know Ludhiana, you know how busy this junction gets with all the trucks and cars moving between cities. We are quite close to Tajpur Chowk as well. This place is all about the tandoor and the heat of the kitchen. We spend most of our hours around the fire, especially when the evening rush starts. The road outside is never quiet, and the sound of horns is something we just got used to a long time ago. It is a practical setup for people who are traveling or those who live nearby and do not want to cook at home. We have big benches and tables because that is what works best for a dhaba. The floor gets dirty and we clean it, and then it gets dirty again. That is just how it goes when you are near a dusty bye-pass road. We do not have any fancy signs or a big marketing plan, we just rely on the fact that people know where we are. The staff here are hardworking and we all do a bit of everything, from washing dishes to serving plates. It is a bit rough around the edges, but it is a real place with real food. We just keep the tandoor going and make sure there is enough tea for everyone who stops by. It has been our life for years.
