Butter Chilly Restaurants

Butter Chilly Restaurants is located at S.C.O 5 in Palm Enclave, right near the Gill Canal. We’re sitting on the Delhi Bye Pass on Gill Road, which means we get a lot of travelers passing through Ludhiana. It’s a 141003 zip code, but most people just look for the canal to find us. We opened up here because the road is always busy and people are always hungry when they’re driving between cities. It’s not a quiet spot by any means. You can hear the trucks shifting gears outside most of the time. We keep the place open long hours because you never know when a bus or a car is going to pull over. The kitchen is pretty basic, but it’s got everything we need to make the food people ask for. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the start. They live nearby and usually bike in for their shifts. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything that doesn't help the food taste better. The tables are sturdy and the floor is easy to mop. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we’re always cleaning. It’s a straightforward business. We buy our supplies from the local market and we try to keep our prices where regular people can afford them. It’s a lot of hours on our feet, but we like the work.
