If you’re driving down Dugri Road in Ludhiana, you’ll see Baba Chicken right across from the Taksonz Marriage Palace. We’ve been a part of this neighborhood for a long time. People around here know us for the food we put out every evening. It’s a family-run kind of place, and we take our work seriously, even if we don't act like a big corporation. We spend a lot of time sourcing the right ingredients because that’s what makes the difference. The kitchen gets really busy around dinner time, and it can get a bit chaotic, but we manage to get the orders out. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find out about us from their neighbors or just by walking past. The seating area is straightforward—nothing too flashy, just clean and functional. We want people to feel like they can come in as they are, without needing to dress up. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. We’ve seen kids grow up coming here with their parents, and now they bring their own friends. That’s the best part of being in business on Dugri Road.
