Friends Foods Catering

We are located at M-16 in Sector D of Aliganj. It’s a nice enough spot, fairly easy to get to if you’re in the northern part of the city. We’ve been doing this for a while now, focusing mostly on catering for family events and local gatherings. Our setup in Aliganj is where we do all our prep work. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters; it’s more of a functional kitchen and a small office space. We spend a lot of time talking about ingredients. If the tomatoes aren't good that day, we have to find a better batch. That’s just how it is. We don't have a mission statement or a bunch of slogans. We just get up, cook, and deliver the food to wherever the party is. Aliganj is a place where everyone knows everyone, so news travels fast if you do a bad job. We try to keep things steady. Some of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We just show up and do our part. The kitchen gets really hot in the summer, and the rains can make deliveries a bit slow, but we deal with it. We’re just a bunch of people who know their way around a stove and like seeing people eat well at their own parties.
