Jeff Broasters is located in the Ramanand Trade Center, right in the Kapoorthala area of Lucknow. If you walk past the Spencer store, you’ll find us pretty easily. This part of Lucknow is always buzzing with students and people out shopping, so there is never a dull moment. We started this place because we liked the idea of a simple spot where people could grab a quick bite without it being a whole formal thing. The shop itself isn't huge, but we’ve tucked it into unit 1 of the trade center. Most of our time is spent back in the kitchen area, keeping an eye on the fryers and making sure everything is prepped. It gets quite warm in there, especially during the summer months in Lucknow, but we're used to it. We see a lot of younger crowds from the nearby coaching centers who just want something salty and hot after their classes. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy slogans. We just open the shutters in the morning and stay until the last order is done at night. The Ramanand Trade Center is a good spot for us because people are already here for other chores. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when three or four groups come in at once, but we just handle the orders one by one. It’s a straightforward business, really, and we just focus on keeping the place running as it should be without overthinking things.
