Curry

We've been running Curry here at Shiva Plaza in Aliganj for a while now. You can find us on the first floor. It's right near the Engineering College in Sector Q, so a lot of students and locals drop by when they're in the neighborhood. Lucknow has a lot of food spots, but we just try to keep things simple and do what we know. The kitchen gets pretty busy around lunchtime because of the location. We aren't a big fancy chain or anything like that. It's just a regular place where you can get a meal without too much fuss. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a climb if you're carrying things, but most people don't mind once they get here. We've got a decent view of the street from up here, which is nice. Being near the college means there's always something going on outside, usually a lot of noise and bikes. We mostly focus on getting the food out on time so people can get back to their day. It’s not about having some big vision. We just open the doors every morning, prep the ingredients, and start cooking. If you are around Aliganj and need a bite, you can look for the Shiva Plaza building. Most people around here know where it is. We try to keep the place tidy, though it’s a working kitchen so it feels lived in and a bit hectic sometimes. It's just us doing our thing day after day.
