Chefs Kitchen

You can find us in Sector H of Aashiyana in Lucknow. The address is D-3/434, and we are quite close to the Power House Chauraha. That landmark is usually how people find us because otherwise, all the sectors can start to look the same after a while. I grew up around here, so I know the streets well. We call the place Chefs Kitchen, but it's really just a simple spot for food. There isn't any corporate backing or a big board of directors behind us. It’s just me and a few others trying to keep things running. Lucknow has a very specific way of doing things, especially when it comes to food, and we try to stick to what people expect. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually quite a mess of steam and noise during the lunch hour. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy about what we do. We just cook and serve. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, which is ironic being so close to the power house, but we manage. People in Aashiyana are generally pretty friendly, so we have a good group of regulars. It’s not a fancy lifestyle, working in a kitchen, but it is what it is. We are just a local business trying to make it through each week like everyone else around here.
