Sree Maruthi Granite

Sree Maruthi Granite is located at No. 459, right by the Narimade Stop on the Salem Main Road in Kaveripattanam. Since we are right on the main road, we see a lot of trucks and cars passing by all day. It’s a busy spot but that makes the day go by faster. We have been here for a good amount of time, working with all kinds of granite. Most of our work involves moving these heavy stones and making sure they are ready for whenever someone needs them. People stopping at the Narimade bus stop often look in to see what we are doing. We don't have a showroom with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s just us out there with the stone. Kaveripattanam is a place where people appreciate things that last, and granite definitely lasts. We get people from all over the area coming in. They might be building a new house or just fixing up an old one. We show them what’s in the yard and let them decide for themselves. It's not a complicated business. We keep the slabs organized as best we can, though sometimes things get a bit messy when a new shipment comes in. The Salem Main Road is always noisy, but you stop noticing it after a while. We just keep doing our work, one slab at a time, until it's time to go home. We have been part of this road for quite some time now.
