Shri Devraj Granites (P) Ltd.

We have been at No. 1, Nethaji Road for a long while now. It is a busy spot but we like being here. Shri Devraj Granites (P) Ltd. deals with heavy stone and big slabs every day. It is dusty work, and our boots usually have some white residue on them by noon. We spend most of our time moving things around the yard or talking to people who stop by the small office. There is not much fancy about what we do. It is just granite. We cut it, we store it, and we make sure it gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes the trucks are late because of the heavy traffic on Nethaji Road, but that is just how it is in this area of town. We have a small crew here. Most of us have been working together for many years now. You get used to the loud sound of the cutting machines after a bit. If you come by the shop, you will probably see us drinking tea near the front entrance during a break. We do not have a big fancy showroom with bright lights and mirrors. It is just the raw stone and us. We try to keep things organized but with these granite slabs, it is always a bit of a puzzle. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do. We stay busy enough.
