Our place, Mann Granites Pvt. Ltd., is located out in Anchoor. The address is S F No. 23/1 A -1 R1 B1, near the Periapanmutlu post office. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where the granite work happens. We have a lot of heavy stone slabs sitting around the yard. Dealing with granite is heavy work and it takes a lot of patience to get it right. The machines run most of the day cutting and polishing the pieces. We are a small team and most of us have been doing this for a long time. It’s loud and there is a lot of water used for the cutting process. We don't have a showroom with fancy lights or anything. It’s just the workshop and the storage area. People come to us when they need slabs for their floors or kitchens. Anchoor is a quiet area mostly, apart from the noise we make here. We try to stay organized but with so much stone, the yard always looks a bit full. Every piece of granite is a bit different, so we spend time looking at the patterns. It is hard work on the back, moving these things around. We just focus on getting the orders ready for whoever needs them. That is how we spend our days here at Mann Granites.
