In Transport Nagar, things are always moving, mostly big trucks and heavy loaders. Our shop at number 79 is where we handle the batteries for these big machines. It is not like a regular car shop because everything here is much heavier and more rugged. We spend our days lifting those big 12-volt units and getting our clothes covered in dust from the road. The area is quite noisy with the sound of air brakes and horns all day long. We started this place because we knew the drivers passing through here often get stuck with power issues. Usually, a driver will pull up looking tired after a long haul, and we have to check if their battery can handle another few hundred miles. We keep a lot of stock piled up because you never know what kind of vehicle is going to roll in next. It is a practical kind of job. We don't spend money on bright lights or big advertisements. People just know we are here at 79 when they have trouble. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three trucks show up at once, but we just handle them one by one. It is a lot of heavy lifting and checking connections under greasy hoods. We stay open pretty late because the transport business never really sleeps. It is just the way things are in this part of the city.
