You'll find Nindrajog Sales & Services at shop number 47 in the New Motor Market. It’s a noisy part of town with all the engines revving and horns honking all day long. We deal with a lot of spare parts and fixing things up when they break down. The floor is always a bit greasy no matter how much we scrub it. That’s just the nature of the work. We have tools hanging on every available inch of the walls. It takes a while to find the right wrench sometimes. My hands are usually stained with oil by lunchtime. We get a lot of mechanics coming in to buy parts for their customers. It's a tight-knit community here in the market. Everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have a small table in the back where we sit to eat our tiffin. The tea stall guy comes around every two hours, which is the highlight of the day. It gets very hot in the summer because the shop is small and the air doesn't move much. We use a big pedestal fan to keep cool. People come to us because we’ve been here for a long time and we know what we’re doing. We don't use any fancy computer systems for the inventory. It's all in our heads or written down in the big register. We just do our work and go home when the sun sets. It is a busy place to be.
