Infinite Powertech Pvt Ltd is located over at Udyog Marg DCM Road, near the New Grain Mandi at 58/2. This isn't a shop where people come to browse. It’s more of a workspace where we deal with power equipment and technical stuff. The area is very industrial with a lot of trucks moving grain and materials around the mandi. It gets very dusty and loud outside with all the heavy engines running. Inside, we have our tools and the parts we need for the projects we are working on. It’s a practical place with concrete floors and metal shelves. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just calendars and some charts. We spend our hours looking at boards and wires or talking to suppliers on the phone. The New Grain Mandi is a landmark that everyone knows, so it makes it easier for people to find us in this maze of industrial buildings. We work hard and the days are usually long. There is always a smell of grease or warm electronics in the air. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just do the technical work that needs to be done. It’s a bit of a rough area but it’s where the real work happens in this part of town. We keep the doors shut to keep the grain dust out as much as we can. It is a busy life on DCM Road and we like the pace. Most of us have been working here for many years.
